After spending years as the Environmental Health Administrator at the City of Malibu, I witnessed firsthand the frustration homeowners faced navigating the complex permitting process. Following the devastating Woolsey Fire, I reviewed hundreds of rebuild applications and saw how the system could both help and hinder recovery efforts. That experience inspired me to start Home Run Experts—to use my insider knowledge to help property owners succeed rather than struggle with the permitting process.

Government Experience

As Malibu's prior Environmental Health Administrator, I was responsible for reviewing and approving construction projects, septic system designs, and environmental projects. This role gave me deep insight into what agencies look for in applications, common approval pitfalls, and the relationships that make projects move smoothly through the system.

I'm a licensed geologist with hands-on construction experience across residential, commercial, and multi-family projects. This combination of technical knowledge and regulatory experience allows me to design solutions that work both in the field and in the approval process.

My Mission

My mission is to help every homeowner impacted by wildfires rebuild and get back into their homes as soon as possible by navigating the complex and frustrating permitting process. I specialize in obtaining construction permits and designing septic systems in Southern California, serving as the bridge between property owners, consulting teams, and local agencies to get projects approved and moving forward.
